Mo's DT Blog Hop!

Hello blog friends!
Welcome to our this years last blog hop. If you got here from Grethas fabby blog, you are in the right place. If not, you should start your journey at  Jane's blog, so don't miss anything!

This month it was Jane's turn to be the hostess and she decided that holidays are not the time to be nice and chose a CAS theme ... yikes! lol

This is what I came up with.
She is called Urching with Bird is one of my all time favourites!
I've coloured her with my copics and to make good the fact that we were not allowed to use a lot of embellishments, I used white gesso paint and some sugar coating glitter on the edges:)
I had to use a spellbinders too, will probrably have to stand in the corner for this, but ohh well, so worth it;)

PS! And I can't repeat enough that you shouldn't forget that there's  a chance to win one of 2 $5 vouchers for Mo's store - the winners will be randomly chosen from comments left along the way.

But now I'm back and I want to show you some cards, I made before we got the flu.
Here's the first one, I made for Mo's Dt:
I've used the cute image called With the baby
I also wanted to let you know that the past two weeks there has been fun challenge up on Kaia's Scrapbooking Challenge blog
The these is minimum 3 pattern papers!
This will still be up until Tuesday,so you a whole weekend to come up with something. The prize is pretty yummy;)

PS! I finally ordered me the ott-lite daylight lamp and can't wait to get it in mail. Hopefully it will really help me to show the colors on my cards more correctly:))

Mo DT November hop!

Hello everybody on this cold winter morning!
It's time for another monthly blog op with the fantastic ladies over at Mo's dreamteam and this month I had the chance to choose our theme.
My theme was to make a gift. It could be a card or another kind a project as long as it contains a little gift and of course image from Mo's shop!

I chosed to make a chocolate card and used this perfect little image for this!
It's called chocolate smile and is just adorable.
The text on the card says : Enjoy the life - eat chocolate!

As I'm the hostess and the hop started with me, your next stop is with our lovely Jane!
Enjoy!

PS! And I can't repeat enough that you shouldn't forget that there's  a chance to win one of 2 $5 vouchers for Mo's store - the winners will be randomly chosen from comments left along the way.

KSFT # 45

Last weekend we had a little local scrapbooking crop and even a copic class, where I learned a lot of new things.
It was so much fun until I woke up on Sunday morning and was feeling so bad. After a trip to doc office on Monday, I found out that I've got a virus in my body, that influences my body balance. So I have been thorwing up and feeling like I'm sitting in a a little boat, on the sea, with high waves. Don' like it at all:(

Luckily I was able to make some cards before I got sick, so here comes the first one.
This I made for our this weeks challenge over at Kaia's Scrapbooking Fairytale challenge blog.

The theme this time is glitter/sparkles.
How easy is this? So come and play along;)

and a little detail photo to show you the glitter:)

KSFT #44

We are back with our weekly challenge over at Kaia's Scrapbooking Fairy Tale and this time we have a sketch, made by our team member, Ly.
I was kinda uninspired this weekend while making the cards as I had problems with my camera and was afraid to loose all my photos.
Well,I lost some of them, but luckily most of them were saved.
Still having some problems tough so had to take the pic with my phone cam.

But finally, with a lot of  help from my spellbinder dies I made this little card. These small cards are a good way to use up all your scraps;) And making these takes only a few minutes. Good idea when you need a little card for your flowers or present etc.
Used a stamp from Stempelglede and my new toy, bow maker from Papermania. I bought this from Nordlys Hobby and I love it. So easy to use and makes perfect bows every time.
One more good thing is, that it's not expensive;)

Taste of winter

Every week I try to make a card for challenge over at Copic Marker Norge and every week I'm way too late finishing it. So when I say the theme and sketch for this weeks challenge, I knew I wanted to play along.
And Mo made it really easy by drawing this new cutie for us.
She's calle Taste of winter and can be found over here!

I have or should I ay had, the cutest Christmas text stamps  I planed to use on this card. But I can't seem to find these, so until I'll find them or order new ones, the textbox on the card remains blank.

et litt bedre bilde av glitteret:)

KSFT challenge 43

Hi you all!

It's time for a new challenge over at Kaia's Scrapbooking Fairy Tale and this time we have an inspiration picture for you.

I was actually inspired by the theme, in our classroom and also the blue, purple and brownish grey tones. Made a card for a teacher.
I also tried something in another size, but I got stuck and I never found any embellishments that were ok on it. I tried flowers, different corners.. well sometimes it's ok to leave it simple, I guess.

I will probrably try more cards in this size since it's a great way to use scraps and I'm a bit bored of only making the 6x6 cards, lol. But maybe with a smalled picture then, to get some more embellihments on it. We'll see;)

KSFT challenge 42

 Hi everyone!
It's time for another challenge over at Kaia's Scrapbooking Fairy Tale and this time we would like you to make some kind of storage. It could be for your scrapbooking stuff, pens, knitting supplies etc.

I used a empty pringels(potato chips) box to make a storage place for my knitting supplies.

Come and play with us! We have a yummy prize for one lucky winner;)

CMN Sommerkonkurranse del 5

When I first saw over at CMN blog, that I came through part  4 too, I was so happy and in heaven  ...
well the feeling didn't last long, when I found out the theme for the 5th challenge.
" Background with copics"
Ohh no, was my first thought. I'm not big fan of backgrounds, other than a bit shadow around the image and I was quite sure that this was not right kind of background they were looking for.
Since I do not own a fancy airbrush system ( would like though), I had to come up with something on my own.

I bought me a spooky graveyard background from Make it Carfty and used copics to color it.  I also used Frank from Mo's Digital pencil to get match the background.
I actually made two cards, one with just the clouds and blue sky, but my hubby found that this Halloween card was so much cooler, so for the first time, I listen to him, lol.

I also used a lot of T0, T1 and blender trying to creat a foggy look.

Copics used:

Graveyard: T0 - 7, YG91 and 93, YR000, E49,47,44,43 and a lot of blender
To get the heaven so smooth,  I used Q tips, blender refill and T1 refill, that way I didn't got the stripes after markers.
Frank : G94,82,40;  B95,93,91; YR27,24,23,21; R29,27,24; E49,47,44; W8,7,5; T7,6,0

Well this card is a tent card, but since I was in real hurry and the time was running out, I was not able to take more than 1 picture:)

Mo's DT Monthly Blog Hop

Our this months blog hop theme is "School" and our hostess is one of our lovely teamleaders, Jak.
So if you just joined our hop and would like to see all the wonderful creations, I recommend you to hop over to Jak and start from the beginning:)
I wanted to try out one of these tags so many you out there are making.
I used Harvard from Mo's shop and colored him with copics.
Text i used is from an estonian children's song about waiting the school to start.
Papers are from Papirdesign and MME.

Now hop over to our lovely Jane to get some inspiration:)

PS! And I can't repeat enough that you shouldn't forget that there's  a chance to win one of 2 $5 vouchers for Mo's store - the winners will be randomly chosen from comments left along the way.

Kaia's Scrapbooking Fairy Tale #41

Jällegi on aeg uueks ülesandeks Kaia's Scrapbooking Fairy Tale blogis ja see kord tahame siis, et sa kasutaksid tsitaati.

***
It's time for another challenge over at Kaia's Scrapbooking Fairy Tale and this time we would like you to use a quote somewhere on the card.

This is what I came up with!

Used this gorgeous image from Crafts and Me to make a belated birthday card for my sister. She had birthday a couple of weeks ago, and I ordered a present online, which actually never arrived, so the card got sent real late with a different kind of present. Ohh well, it's always nice to find a card between all the bills, I hope:)

The text outside is from Stempelglede and the quote inside is from Create with TLC.

Would like to enter my card into following challenges:

Pile it on challenge - It's a stitch up!
Blog-A-Doodle - Stitching real or faux
Mark's FPS - Your favorite technique ( mine is layers and stitching)
Southern Girls Challenge - bling ( used a lot of stickels so in real it's really nice and glittery)

Just a little note

to let you know, that there's still some hours to add your creations to our " Fall colors" theme over at Kaia's Scrapbooking Fairy Tale
Come and play with us ;)

So come and play along with us:)

CMN Sommerkonkurranse del 4

Yippi, I was chosen again. I feel honoured as there were so many fantastic girls playing along.
This time the challenge is to merge together at least 2 stamps, both rubber and digis are allowed and also cut out one image and use on your card.
Actually I find it easier to merge rubberstamps, but I'm mostly a digi girl, so there's 5 images merged together:)

I'm still in love with the ragged imaged by Mo and when I saw the new Christmas papers from Pion... I knew it had to be a Christmas card.
* well actually, I was not able to use the new PP as after coloring the image, I found out that last years pp were a better fit, lol*

I merged together 3 of the carolers with the lamp post and winter window. I also cut out the little boy in the middle and some details on the girls and used some 3d adhesieves. The little snowflakes on the image are made with a black pen and little B000 and stickles

Card Recipe:
Stamps: Ragged Carolers and Winter window all by Mo Manning, text by Stempelglede
Papers: Pion design

and blender

CMN Sommerkonkurranse del 3

Here is my take on the challenge, part 3 over at CMN blog.
I must admit that this was a hard one. We had to be creativ with blender and although I use blender A LOT, it's mostly for blending and when making my backrounds etc, the usual:)

Well after some thinking and some trying, I came up with this image.
(Sorry for the quality of the pic. Have to get one of these daylight lamps I have been drooling for)

I used a my blender refill on a piece of cloth, to create a sort of inkpad. Then used 2 of my clearstamps to stamps some pattern on the balls. One has dots and the other one flowers. I liked how it just gave a hint of pattern, so this technique I just might take in use.

You can ofcourse go over with your blender later to get the pattern to stand more out or even use another color to get some life on this pattern.
I also used some 3d foam squares to make the first "babes" pop a bit.

Both of the stamps used on the card are from Art Impressions.

Mo's DT - Baby Angel Castiel

I made this simple Christmas card with this cute little baby angel from Mo. Since i was satisfied with the coloring on it, I didn't wanted to hide this image under a lot of stash.
I really need some C&S Christmas cards too.
It looks a bit unfinished for me, cause of too little things on it, but'll add a text on it. Just need to decide the language: norwegian, estonian or english. We'll see closer to the Christmas:)

Image is called Baby Angel Castiel and you can fint it here! There some more pretty little angels in Mo's shop, so be sure to check them out;)

Would like to enter this card into following challenge:

My Time To Craft - Christmas

I've also made a card for CMN challenge, but have take a pic of it, so come back tomorrow:)

Mo's Dt blog hop

Time for our monthly blog hop! Yeiiiii :)
Our miss August is Pop's and her theme was summer tones. Such a fun and easy challenge, thank you!
I got this Tall Cake image a couple of days ago and used some brighter colours on her aswell as on the PP and  well this looks summer enough for me:)
This first time ever I have made a criss cross card.

Your next stop is on supertalented Jane's blog and well I'm sure you will she will have something cute to show you.

Card Recipe:

Papers: Autumn Leaves and Basic Grey

Medium: copics
Other: flowers from WOC and Kort og Godt, half pearls
Tools: dies from Memory Box, Spellbinder, Magnolia and a punch from DP Craft
Colours:

PS! And I can't repeat enough that you shouldn't forget that there's  a chance to win one of 2 $5 vouchers for Mo's store - the winners will be randomly chosen from comments left along the way.

Since I used a fair amount of dies, I would like to play along over at StampArtic where the theme is DIES. And I would also love to enter this card over at Kaia's Scrapbooking Fairytale, where the theme is pearls.
